At Quiet Waters, you’ll find more than just independent living — you’ll find a place that feels like home. Owners Mike and Brenda Trammell are hands-on and heart-first, personally involved in the day-to-day life of the community.
Longtime Redding residents, Mike and Brenda opened an assisted living facility in Redding in 2002 and operated it for over 15 years. Now they have have expanded their vision with Quiet Waters. Their mission? To create a welcoming, family-like environment where residents feel cared for, respected, and truly at home.
Because we’re family-operated, you’ll see the difference every day — from the friendly smiles to the personal attention. Brenda serves as the on-site administrator, and both she and Mike are regularly involved in making sure everything runs with heart and care.
